Thank to all of the organisers of the trip to Shane O’Loughlin’s Farm in Monasterevin. In particular a big thank you to Elaine Townsend in the NDC(National Dairy Council) who was very helpful with all the arrangements .
It was great to see the process of ‘Grass to Glass’ first hand.
