We had some special guests out at the school on Tuesday 4th February !! DCU won the Sigerson Cup on Wed 29th January , beating Carlow IT in the final . Current Dublin keeper Evan Comerford was in goals for DCU , Donegal senior corner forward Oisin Gallen ( who is currently subbing in the school ) and St Margarets GAA footballer Conor Hickey was also part of the squad . Evan and Conor spoke to 3rd/4th/5th and 6th about being a footballer and more importantly the importance of education , and how vital it is to have a balance in life between sport and education .
